DIY Sesame & Ginger Root Oil Hair Treatment for 4C Hair








This nourishing hair oil blend is designed to strengthen, moisturize, and promote healthy hair growth, especially for 4C hair. Sesame oil is rich in antioxidants and deeply penetrating, while ginger root stimulates the scalp, promotes circulation, and reduces dandruff.

Ingredients:
• ½ cup sesame oil (moisturizing, strengthens hair)
• 2 tbsp ginger root oil (stimulates scalp, reduces dandruff)
• 1 tbsp castor oil (promotes growth and thickness)
• 1 tbsp avocado oil (deep hydration)
• 1 tsp jojoba oil (balances scalp oils)
• 5 drops rosemary essential oil (boosts circulation, reduces shedding)
• 5 drops peppermint essential oil (invigorates scalp, prevents itchiness)

Instructions:
1. In a glass jar or bottle, mix all the oils together.
2. Shake well to combine. Store in a cool, dark place.
3. Warm a small amount (a teaspoon or so) in your palms before applying.

How to Use:
• Scalp Treatment: Massage a small amount into your scalp for 5-10 minutes to stimulate blood flow and encourage growth. Leave it in overnight or for at least 30 minutes before washing.
• Hot Oil Treatment: Warm the oil slightly and apply generously to hair and scalp. Cover with a shower cap and sit under a hooded dryer for 15-20 minutes for deep penetration.
• Sealant: Apply a few drops after moisturizing your hair to lock in hydration.
